Ancinet Olympics.

The first Ancient Olympics games took place about 300 years ago in Olympia Greece the were honer Zeus the kings of the gods and they happen every 4 years.In the begining the games were just short running races for greek men to keep fit for war.There was only 1 winner Gets a crown of olive leaves.Over time other events were added like horse  ridding and boxing after 1000 years the Ancinet Olympics were banned by the Questions the Ancient Olympics was always remembered for hope and peace.

The Sky Tower

The Auckland Sky Tower is near Hobson st.The Tower is also surrounded by buildings.It is also close to the sea.The Auckland Tower is also acros from a nother island with more bildings and there is hotels and motels too.

The Sky Tower looks like a ice-cream and sword.It is the taller then any other building in the City.

At the Sky Tower you can bungee jump and you could do the Sky walk.You can have dinner there.They even have a buffay,caffa and a loange.

The Auckland Sky tower lights up different colors because it celebrates different events.The color for matariki is yellow and orange but for New Year's Eve is all the color.

My Dream Bedroom

Trip to Te Tuhi.

Today Room 13 went on a trip to Te Tuhi. When we arrived we sat down next to a trailer, that had four t.v's on the side of the trailer.  After that we went to the art room, while we were at the art room we created a dream house with shapes then we put more detail into our dream houses with pencil.  I had so much fun putting details into our Epic dream house.
This trip was very exciting cause not only did we create a dream house  we also got to watch two mean as videos, Which were about melting metal, it was really neat cause it showed us that it melted metal and created new things.
The second video was like Beauty and the Beast movie, it showed us a girl walking in one spot holding her cell phone then there were five pictures on  the wall and a desk. And the characters on Beauty and the Beast, like the teapots, cups, clock and candle holders were also on this video.
After the videos we went back to school to have our yummy lunch,

Coldplay Up and Up.

Coldplay is a very famous band.They are one of the best band in the world they come from London. we are looking at the music video called Up and Up the album for Up and Up Is Called A Head Full Of Dreams.

There are four men in the Coldplay band, each man was playing their own instruments.There were many unusual things in the video like a great big volcano with popcorn popping out! A huge stingray that was swimming above people! There was also a little girl swinging on a big crane.

My favourite part was when the little girl was swinging on the massive crane, also when the fish were swimming above the two little boys.

The houses were upside down, above in the sky that was really cool.
