The manaiakalni film festival

On Wednesday our whole class went on an adventure to Sylvia park and  when we got there at the manaiakalni film festival I Wow! What an exciting afternoon I had yesterday. Room 15 went to Mr Moran class and learnt about chromebooks with year 4 students.

We each were matched with a buddy. My buddy was teaching me how to use a chromebook. We watched a dinosaur video.

When we walked into the theatre I saw a hundred of chairs. And the chairs were as comfy as a marshmallow and the screen was taller than mr Blakey. When we went into the theatre it was darker than the night sky.

When I saw myself on the big screen I felt shocked and I was proud of myself on  the three little pigs and the big bad wolf movie. 

Huntting for fossils.

I am a paleonlogist looking for fossils in the grand and pick the rookies and brush the dirt off fossil and bring the fossil out to put it in other places.

Navy band

Today the navy band came to pt England school to played some songs for us. My favourite part was spongebob. We were picking Mrs Trimble to volunteer for the navy band.

The best thing that happened was me and my dad went to the volcanos and it was scary because we were watching a movie a scary movie.

Fire trucks are like a moving tool box. They plan before they get there and the truck carries big  tools on there truck and long hoses and a first aide  kit.

I would  like to be a firefighter because I want to take down the fire from the house and help the people.

One Hen

Kojo started a trust that gives out small loans to people who cannot get a loan from a bank.

Kojo sells  eggs so he can save money. He also sells eggs to people to help. Kojo gives jobs to people to earn money.

Kojo does hard work. When kojo was an adult  he bought a farm with hens he started with one hen when he was a little boy.

Instructions for making milo.

1. Put one cup of teaspoon of milo in the cup.

2. Pour a 1/2 cup of milk in the cup.

3. Pour  the boiling water in the cup.

Maui and the sun

Once upon a time Maui's brothers did not have time to hunt or fish. So Maui and his brothers went to get their long rope to catch the burning hot sun.They were getting the rope ready to get the sun. The 5 brothers had the sun and the sun was sad when they had the sun all alone. But the 5 brothers were happy that they had the sun. It took a long time to get the sun. They wanted to kill the sun. Maui and his people had plenty of time to hunt and plenty of time to fish and plenty of time to eat their food.

Mermaids
