Marshmallow Challenge.

Marshmallow Challenge

Walt: create a structured recount with correct tenses and punctuation.

Have you ever heard of the marshmallow challenge. Because my class did it today.our teacher Miss Parrant got us to get into groups of four or five people max.

First Miss Parrant gave us the instructions of how to do the challenge. The first instruction she gave us was that we can only have 18 minutes to build a tall tower and put a marshmallow on top. You can only use 20 bits of raw spaghetti, string and tape you will also need some scissors to cut the tape.

Next we got up and started to look for a table so we could start the challenge. The first thing did to start building was a long stick for the marshmallow to go on top. Then we built the base with most of our pastor and we put it together with tape. Sadly we forgot we had string to use.

After all of that we tried putting the base on and the long stick with tape. We were able to put the marshmallow on top but the pasta broke. After all that disaster we lost and anther team won.

Room 8 did the marshmallow challenge.  Miss Parrant told us how to play. We got into groups of five and we had 18 minutes to build a big tower for a marshmallow to go on top. The taller the tower the more chances of winning. But you can only win if your tower can stand on it’s own.
